XR LABSÂ AND "XR FOR SOCIAL GOOD"
Using the $100k earned from being the National Winners of Samsung Solve for Tomorrow, our club built the XR Labs, a technology lab for our school with collaboration and ideation centers, and a focus on hands-on learning. Working with my teacher and club advisor, Ms. Azine Davoudzadeh, I developed the curriculum for a new career-oriented computer science class at our school, called "XR for Social Good". The class focuses on game development, VR, and other emerging technologies used in the industry today.
THE NEW REALITY SUMMIT 2020
The New Reality Summit was an online hackathon that brought together 100 problem solvers from 7 countries armed with ideas to overcome obstacles in education and communication caused by COVID-19 with technology. Along with the main event, we had speakers from the Forbes 30 Under 30 List, along with a variety of workshops ranging from financial literacy to game development.
